We strongly believe that improving the quality, usefulness and usability of health IT systems and applications is an important objective, but we recognize that it will not be accomplished unless it garners wide spread support. Based on early conversations, we believe this idea will resonate with many people in the healthcare community.
To be successful, it will be up to the organizations and associations that serve the members of the healthcare community to come together in the best interest of the community. We also recognize that given the bureaucratic nature and “not invented here” mentality of some organizations and associations, that might not be possible. We hope it is.
Remember, organizations and associations are comprised of their individual members. Your voice, and the voices of your colleagues, can make the difference. We can work together to have better health IT systems.
We invite you to let your professional colleagues know about The CURE Project and its healthcare community-based approach to improving the quality of the health IT systems with which we're dealing. You'll have the opportunity to send a customized note that includes a link back to the home page of this site. And, don't forget to let us know (use the CONTACT US page) if you're interested in being kept informed of our progress or contributing your ideas talents to this project. Thank you, Steven & Bob
